GI CLASSES
refer to the classes in which the traditional kimono (or gi) uniform is worn. We’ll provide you a clean uniform to wear for your trial classes.
NOGI CLASSES
refer to the classes in which we don’t wear the kimono. For these classes, please wear a well fitted shirt (or underarmor/rashguard) and shorts/ leggings.
